Monday, December 13, 2010. Half the man I used to be. It FLEW by, and now here I am typing my last blog as a PCP participant, and my first moments as a PCP graduate. Honestly? Its a little anti-climactic. Honestly? I am scared of tomorrow. Without the pressure to get to day 90, I dont know if the intensity will remain. Patrick, you are the man. The PCP will be Big. Tuesday, December 14, 2010. Day 90 - What a ride. There were a ton of ups and downs, but PCP is so brilliantly structured, you have the support of your group and you have the pictures, always the pictures, to track your progress. The changes really are incredible.

Monday, December 20, 2010. 5 from the top feel great actually in the US right now on holidays after a business trip. Its been a hell of a month on the work and personal front but still stuck with the plan with exception of a few trip ups. THanks for everything guys and thanks Patrick for a great program. off to jump rope now in the Hotel gym! Thursday, December 9, 2010. Off to bed tired a few more days of PCP program but gonna stick to this even after! Back on track again.
Sunday, December 19, 2010. Day 90 and onwards - Sayonara but not goodbye. Almost a week of life off the chain now and I am still struggling with this final post. No profound insight to share or key nugget of advice to offer future PCPers without coming off as overly pedantic or verbose or both. I never imagined that listening to Patrick and Chen would take me from here. No chinned and surely lookin. Well you get the picture. Weight Going In to PCP - 93 kg.

One thing for sure is 2 sets of 9 minutes goes a lot quicker that 3 of seven for jumping ropes. Monday, December 6, 2010. That is about it for now. Thursday, December 2, 2010. One thing interesting that I felt today doing the plank is that for the first time I felt a hell of a lot lighter. Not sure why it hit me right now but I felt good.

Thursday, August 5, 2010. Going to the doctor helped. Camping and hiking with my parents in the mountains helped.
Wednesday, September 2, 2009. As always I am on the road. So I am going to tell you my story and add shot from someone else because I have that. I am now a size 33 jeans down from 36. I am a size 16. 5 dress shirt down from 17. I had to get my glasses tightened. I suck at pull ups.

Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Day 27 - The journey continues. Keeping as much as possible to the diet program. I had two bites of chocolate on Monday, but everything else is going swimmingly.
