Monday, December 13, 2010. Half the man I used to be. It FLEW by, and now here I am typing my last blog as a PCP participant, and my first moments as a PCP graduate. Honestly? Its a little anti-climactic. Honestly? I am scared of tomorrow. Without the pressure to get to day 90, I dont know if the intensity will remain. Patrick, you are the man. The PCP will be Big. Monday, December 20, 2010. 5 from the top feel great actually in the US right now on holidays after a business trip. Its been a hell of a month on the work and personal front but still stuck with the plan with exception of a few trip ups. THanks for everything guys and thanks Patrick for a great program. off to jump rope now in the Hotel gym! Thursday, December 9, 2010. Off to bed tired a few more days of PCP program but gonna stick to this even after! Back on track again.
Sunday, December 19, 2010. Day 90 and onwards - Sayonara but not goodbye. Almost a week of life off the chain now and I am still struggling with this final post. No profound insight to share or key nugget of advice to offer future PCPers without coming off as overly pedantic or verbose or both. I never imagined that listening to Patrick and Chen would take me from here. No chinned and surely lookin. Well you get the picture. Weight Going In to PCP - 93 kg.

One thing for sure is 2 sets of 9 minutes goes a lot quicker that 3 of seven for jumping ropes. Monday, December 6, 2010. That is about it for now. Thursday, December 2, 2010. One thing interesting that I felt today doing the plank is that for the first time I felt a hell of a lot lighter. Not sure why it hit me right now but I felt good.
Sunday, July 17, 2011. My next endeavor is to train for a half triathlon, 2 more months for that, that should keep me burning fat and get my cardio in shape, and maybe burn the rest of the belly off. Have a few things I want to share, some more for myself to look back at if ever I crash and burn and need to get fit again - but also for others to see what REALLY happened over the 3 months. Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Day 90 - End of Days - the result. Its all done and dusted, and I have to say PCP produced better results than I was expecting. There were days where cravings got the better of me, and I had a bit of chocolate here and a beer there, but for the most part I stayed the course. Basal Metabolism - 2024 cal.

Saturday, September 5, 2009. It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society. But typically, it was just cereal, sandwich, pasta. This past week, I ate more vegetables than I typically would, more fruit, more meat, less carbs. Not for me, anyway.
