Monday, December 20, 2010. 5 from the top feel great actually in the US right now on holidays after a business trip. Its been a hell of a month on the work and personal front but still stuck with the plan with exception of a few trip ups. Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Day 27 - The journey continues. Keeping as much as possible to the diet program. I had two bites of chocolate on Monday, but everything else is going swimmingly.

Saturday, August 6, 2011. Day 67 - Substituting jumprope with swimming pool and biking. Since the fracture, I am not allowed to do jump rope. I understand how convenient it was to do this and how effective it was. I would have to keep going with PCP beyond PCP until i reach 76 Kg. Day 68 - Challenging Ramadan. Patrick has given me a special diet during Ramadan but with still 3 meals.
