Monday, December 13, 2010. Half the man I used to be. It FLEW by, and now here I am typing my last blog as a PCP participant, and my first moments as a PCP graduate. Honestly? Its a little anti-climactic. Honestly? I am scared of tomorrow. Without the pressure to get to day 90, I dont know if the intensity will remain. Patrick, you are the man. The PCP will be Big. Tuesday, December 14, 2010. Day 90 - What a ride. There were a ton of ups and downs, but PCP is so brilliantly structured, you have the support of your group and you have the pictures, always the pictures, to track your progress. The changes really are incredible.

Monday, December 20, 2010. 5 from the top feel great actually in the US right now on holidays after a business trip. Its been a hell of a month on the work and personal front but still stuck with the plan with exception of a few trip ups. THanks for everything guys and thanks Patrick for a great program. off to jump rope now in the Hotel gym! Thursday, December 9, 2010. Off to bed tired a few more days of PCP program but gonna stick to this even after! Back on track again.

One thing for sure is 2 sets of 9 minutes goes a lot quicker that 3 of seven for jumping ropes. Monday, December 6, 2010. That is about it for now. Thursday, December 2, 2010. One thing interesting that I felt today doing the plank is that for the first time I felt a hell of a lot lighter. Not sure why it hit me right now but I felt good.
