Monday, December 20, 2010. 5 from the top feel great actually in the US right now on holidays after a business trip. Its been a hell of a month on the work and personal front but still stuck with the plan with exception of a few trip ups. THanks for everything guys and thanks Patrick for a great program. off to jump rope now in the Hotel gym! Thursday, December 9, 2010. Sunday, December 19, 2010. Day 90 and onwards - Sayonara but not goodbye. Almost a week of life off the chain now and I am still struggling with this final post. No profound insight to share or key nugget of advice to offer future PCPers without coming off as overly pedantic or verbose or both. One thing interesting that I felt today doing the plank is that for the first time I felt a hell of a lot lighter. Not sure why it hit me right now but I felt good.

Sunday, July 17, 2011. My next endeavor is to train for a half triathlon, 2 more months for that, that should keep me burning fat and get my cardio in shape, and maybe burn the rest of the belly off. Have a few things I want to share, some more for myself to look back at if ever I crash and burn and need to get fit again - but also for others to see what REALLY happened over the 3 months.
