Tuesday, December 14, 2010. Day 90 - What a ride. There were a ton of ups and downs, but PCP is so brilliantly structured, you have the support of your group and you have the pictures, always the pictures, to track your progress. The changes really are incredible.

Sunday, December 19, 2010. Day 90 and onwards - Sayonara but not goodbye. Almost a week of life off the chain now and I am still struggling with this final post. No profound insight to share or key nugget of advice to offer future PCPers without coming off as overly pedantic or verbose or both. One thing for sure is 2 sets of 9 minutes goes a lot quicker that 3 of seven for jumping ropes. Monday, December 6, 2010. That is about it for now. Thursday, December 2, 2010. Saturday, August 6, 2011. Day 67 - Substituting jumprope with swimming pool and biking. Since the fracture, I am not allowed to do jump rope. I understand how convenient it was to do this and how effective it was. I would have to keep going with PCP beyond PCP until i reach 76 Kg. Day 68 - Challenging Ramadan. Patrick has given me a special diet during Ramadan but with still 3 meals.
