So I am now back in sing after france and the uk , Sorry for the absence of any blogging but the internet was flaky and my phone cut me off from data traffic after the bill went into the stratosphere . This is the best part and just excellent. I feel good, I look better and everybody says so. I learnt a lot about exercise, general health etc. Then hit the gym at the hotel.
So I have been away from the blog for a while. Work has slightly taken over in the last few weeks and some other parts of life seem to have come to the forefront and taken over. I have fallen back into old eating habits and having been doing any exercises due to concern for my foot injury. Wednesday, July 13, 2011. I know I am going to be short and sweet on this blog that is for sure. I am off in an hour and a half for a 14 hour flight to NY. My first non-PCP meal is going to be airline food!
