Sunday, July 17, 2011. My next endeavor is to train for a half triathlon, 2 more months for that, that should keep me burning fat and get my cardio in shape, and maybe burn the rest of the belly off. Have a few things I want to share, some more for myself to look back at if ever I crash and burn and need to get fit again - but also for others to see what REALLY happened over the 3 months. Thursday, July 14, 2011. DAY 90 - SEEEEEEE YA! And now the end is near,. And so I face the final curtain,. Ive loved , ive laughed ive certainly cried,. And now as tears subside,. I find it all so amusing. We did it everyone! Its no secret that the last 6 weeks of this were very tough for me but with the unwavering support from Patrick and the PCP group i got there in the end! Its amazing how good things have started happening to me! WHERE IS THE BEACH? 23 days to go.
havent posted in a while. Workout is back on track and body getting back on track. after I screwed it up doing the stupid mountain hike. Now the workout is taking a super long time to get done. Way longer than 1 hr. Am I doing something wrong. Was my bday a few days ago. so I had A MASSIVE JAPANESE TEPPENYAKI meal. well the only bad thing i had was carbs for dinner. Friday, August 21, 2009. Cooper got this cool present from Uncle Ryan and Aunt Steph while we were in Bear Lake. Coop turned a Big ONE year old last week. Grandpa Wheadon came down from Washington to visit and did what all parents wish they could get away with. It was good to see him. Sarah and Cooper waiting for the coals to roast a Wienie.
