Wednesday, July 20, 2011. So this post is a week late. I hate to be this far behind. Anyway, well on the road to recovery and started working out again on Monday. Tuesday, July 5, 2011. Were very close on the finish line and not feeling that good. Exercise time is really long and having all that time has been hard. Wednesday, July 13, 2011. I know I am going to be short and sweet on this blog that is for sure. I am off in an hour and a half for a 14 hour flight to NY. My first non-PCP meal is going to be airline food! I will post the final pics in a few days and say some more but for now, I can just say, I am so amazed at this program, the results and honestly, what I was able to accomplish! From January 1st of this year, I lost a total of 19.
Friday, August 21, 2009. Cooper got this cool present from Uncle Ryan and Aunt Steph while we were in Bear Lake. Coop turned a Big ONE year old last week. Grandpa Wheadon came down from Washington to visit and did what all parents wish they could get away with. It was good to see him. Sarah and Cooper waiting for the coals to roast a Wienie.
