So managed to get off track with all the noise in the mkt but keeping to schedule diet wise to the fullest and am still starting to see results. My workout routine has not really been up to par but I plan on changing that this week and next. Sunday, 6 March 2011. Rock n Roll, everything going smoothly. I am starting to actually feel better already. One thing to mention is I also decided to quit smoking during these 90 days as well as give up drinking in general.

And well done to all of you on completing PCP. Hope you feel as good as I do now. Doing the week 2 workout this am was an eye opener in terms of progress. Sorry I have not been that supportive over the last few weeks on the blogs etc is nice to be back on the blog and reflect on the experience. Will be back in touch with all of you after my sesshin. Once again well done all. and thank you very much Patrick. You were right, and I am glad I let myself be persuaded to do PCP.
Sunday, May 29, 2011. My cat weighs 13lbs which is close to how much I lost! Day 1 Day 90. My pets are a huge part of my life. They have been with me through thick and thin! PCP was no exception! 8221; Great job man, really.
Wednesday, June 1, 2011. Day - 90 - The END. Its been a great adventure! 90 days have come and gone very fast, too fast in fact! But I almost enjoyed every moment. which would have been un heard of before. Well done to all of you that finished the PCP! .

Wednesday, July 13, 2011. I know I am going to be short and sweet on this blog that is for sure. I am off in an hour and a half for a 14 hour flight to NY. My first non-PCP meal is going to be airline food! I will post the final pics in a few days and say some more but for now, I can just say, I am so amazed at this program, the results and honestly, what I was able to accomplish! From January 1st of this year, I lost a total of 19.
Friday, August 21, 2009. Cooper got this cool present from Uncle Ryan and Aunt Steph while we were in Bear Lake. Coop turned a Big ONE year old last week. Grandpa Wheadon came down from Washington to visit and did what all parents wish they could get away with. It was good to see him. Sarah and Cooper waiting for the coals to roast a Wienie.
