Thursday, July 14, 2011. It has been tough but great journey for the last 3 months. After completing all the 90th day activity and diet, I am being nostalgic and have mixed feeling. I will organize my thought for next few days and blog it out as a commencement over the weekend. Ran half marathon under 2 hours.
Sunday, July 17, 2011. My next endeavor is to train for a half triathlon, 2 more months for that, that should keep me burning fat and get my cardio in shape, and maybe burn the rest of the belly off. Have a few things I want to share, some more for myself to look back at if ever I crash and burn and need to get fit again - but also for others to see what REALLY happened over the 3 months. Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Day 27 - The journey continues. Keeping as much as possible to the diet program. I had two bites of chocolate on Monday, but everything else is going swimmingly.
Thursday, July 14, 2011. DAY 90 - SEEEEEEE YA! And now the end is near,. And so I face the final curtain,. Ive loved , ive laughed ive certainly cried,. And now as tears subside,. I find it all so amusing. We did it everyone! Its no secret that the last 6 weeks of this were very tough for me but with the unwavering support from Patrick and the PCP group i got there in the end! Its amazing how good things have started happening to me! WHERE IS THE BEACH? 23 days to go.
havent posted in a while. Workout is back on track and body getting back on track. after I screwed it up doing the stupid mountain hike. Now the workout is taking a super long time to get done. Way longer than 1 hr. Am I doing something wrong. Was my bday a few days ago. so I had A MASSIVE JAPANESE TEPPENYAKI meal. well the only bad thing i had was carbs for dinner. Wednesday, July 13, 2011. I know I am going to be short and sweet on this blog that is for sure. I am off in an hour and a half for a 14 hour flight to NY. My first non-PCP meal is going to be airline food! I will post the final pics in a few days and say some more but for now, I can just say, I am so amazed at this program, the results and honestly, what I was able to accomplish! From January 1st of this year, I lost a total of 19.
Monday, December 13, 2010. Half the man I used to be. It FLEW by, and now here I am typing my last blog as a PCP participant, and my first moments as a PCP graduate. Honestly? Its a little anti-climactic. Honestly? I am scared of tomorrow. Without the pressure to get to day 90, I dont know if the intensity will remain. Patrick, you are the man. The PCP will be Big. Tuesday, December 14, 2010. Day 90 - What a ride. There were a ton of ups and downs, but PCP is so brilliantly structured, you have the support of your group and you have the pictures, always the pictures, to track your progress. The changes really are incredible.
