Wednesday, November 4, 2009. Thank you very much for your awesome gift. I had a really good time. Thank you for teaching not only the exercise and meal. But also ideas of my body. Tuesday, December 14, 2010. Day 90 - What a ride. There were a ton of ups and downs, but PCP is so brilliantly structured, you have the support of your group and you have the pictures, always the pictures, to track your progress. The changes really are incredible.

Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Day 90 - End of Days - the result. Its all done and dusted, and I have to say PCP produced better results than I was expecting. There were days where cravings got the better of me, and I had a bit of chocolate here and a beer there, but for the most part I stayed the course. Basal Metabolism - 2024 cal.
