Thursday, July 14, 2011. It has been tough but great journey for the last 3 months. After completing all the 90th day activity and diet, I am being nostalgic and have mixed feeling. I will organize my thought for next few days and blog it out as a commencement over the weekend. Ran half marathon under 2 hours.

Sunday, July 17, 2011. My next endeavor is to train for a half triathlon, 2 more months for that, that should keep me burning fat and get my cardio in shape, and maybe burn the rest of the belly off. Have a few things I want to share, some more for myself to look back at if ever I crash and burn and need to get fit again - but also for others to see what REALLY happened over the 3 months. Wednesday, July 13, 2011. I know I am going to be short and sweet on this blog that is for sure. I am off in an hour and a half for a 14 hour flight to NY. My first non-PCP meal is going to be airline food! I will post the final pics in a few days and say some more but for now, I can just say, I am so amazed at this program, the results and honestly, what I was able to accomplish! From January 1st of this year, I lost a total of 19.

Sunday, August 29, 2010. Ah how far I came in 90 days! How much strength I gain! Looking back the first week, I was so out of breath by jumping just 300 or so. I got sore muscles from only 4 sets of squats. I would like to thank my friend Yukiko for recommending this program to me in May. My old pants are too big now.

Day 90 - thats all folks. Patrick - you are a legend. Tuesday, 20 September 2011. Day 83 - wearing a bit thin. 1hr 15m to do the exercises now - which means get home from work and start around 7. Caught a cold from the kids to really cheer me up. Might start skipping to the Smiths. Friday, 16 September 2011. Sunday, 11 September 2011. Day 73 - Abject failure.

I went back and did the Day 6 exercises and I completed them in 20 mins and was raring to go for more. When I think back to struggling with the pressups and how the skipping rope tangled in my feet every few seconds, it is a great and wonderful difference. Great to have done it! 06 April, 2010.

Wednesday, December 15, 2010. I have a lot to say and I want to say it well so I need a few more days. Thursday, December 9, 2010. I am not looking forward to finishing the PCP. I am afraid of gaining back the weight I have lost and falling back into old habits. I feel very healthy and energetic and yes I enjoy the workouts now. Well, not enjoy them but appreciate them.
