I have been bad, not blogging for almost an entire month as I had been away a couple of times, and when I am around, things at work just became a bit too busy. havent posted in a while. Workout is back on track and body getting back on track. after I screwed it up doing the stupid mountain hike. Now the workout is taking a super long time to get done. Way longer than 1 hr. Am I doing something wrong. Was my bday a few days ago. so I had A MASSIVE JAPANESE TEPPENYAKI meal. well the only bad thing i had was carbs for dinner. Sunday, August 29, 2010. Ah how far I came in 90 days! How much strength I gain! Looking back the first week, I was so out of breath by jumping just 300 or so. I got sore muscles from only 4 sets of squats. I would like to thank my friend Yukiko for recommending this program to me in May. My old pants are too big now.
Day 90 - thats all folks. Patrick - you are a legend. Tuesday, 20 September 2011. Day 83 - wearing a bit thin. 1hr 15m to do the exercises now - which means get home from work and start around 7. Caught a cold from the kids to really cheer me up. Might start skipping to the Smiths. Friday, 16 September 2011. Sunday, 11 September 2011. Day 73 - Abject failure.
I went back and did the Day 6 exercises and I completed them in 20 mins and was raring to go for more. When I think back to struggling with the pressups and how the skipping rope tangled in my feet every few seconds, it is a great and wonderful difference. Great to have done it! 06 April, 2010.
