The Peak Condition Project - Naoko

Sunday, August 29, 2010. Workout Patricks studio. I didnt know about Day 90 workout menu. I didnt receive the email before I leave home so I know nothing about it. Ah how far I came in 90 days! How much strength I gain! Looking back the first week, I was so out of breath by jumping just 300 or so. I got sore muscles from only 4 sets of squats. I would like to thank my friend Yukiko for recommending this program to me in May. If I didnt start in June, I wasnt here now. My old pants are too big now.

I went back and did the Day 6 exercises and I completed them in 20 mins and was raring to go for more. When I think back to struggling with the pressups and how the skipping rope tangled in my feet every few seconds, it is a great and wonderful difference. Great to have done it! 06 April, 2010.
