The Peak Condition Project - Makoto

Wednesday, August 31, 2011. Woke up at 400. Update last weeks blog. Then picked up day 5 exercise and did it quickly. Took some day 90 photos. Todays weight was 56.6 kg. Lost 8 kg, from 65 kg to 57 kg. It is funny to see the change in the comparison photo. Maybe not so surprising but according to the result of the blood test I got a lot healthier than before. As far as I remember this was the first time I got the normal numbers for the liver functions test. Monday, August 29, 2011. Woke up at 600.
