And well done to all of you on completing PCP. Hope you feel as good as I do now. Doing the week 2 workout this am was an eye opener in terms of progress. Sorry I have not been that supportive over the last few weeks on the blogs etc is nice to be back on the blog and reflect on the experience. Will be back in touch with all of you after my sesshin. Once again well done all. and thank you very much Patrick. You were right, and I am glad I let myself be persuaded to do PCP.
Sunday, May 29, 2011. My cat weighs 13lbs which is close to how much I lost! Day 1 Day 90. My pets are a huge part of my life. They have been with me through thick and thin! PCP was no exception! 8221; Great job man, really.
Wednesday, June 1, 2011. Day - 90 - The END. Its been a great adventure! 90 days have come and gone very fast, too fast in fact! But I almost enjoyed every moment. which would have been un heard of before. Well done to all of you that finished the PCP! .

Thursday, September 30, 2010. Day - 90 First step - done - whats next. I think it is a quote from Mao, that a trip of 10,000 miles begins with a 1st step. Well we just now finished our first step, 9,999 more to go, however they do not seem intimidating nor long, I can easily say bring it on. The changes just from 90 day are amazing, but the fundamental changes are even more amazing for me - eating right, good food that is accessible, tasty and healthy, more important control and planning of eating and dr.
