I was encouraged by E-mail from you every day. But it has grown on me. The idea changed when the exercise was done. The body changed when meal was changed.
Day 90 Th th tha that thats all folks! DONE - FINITO - TERMINO - OWARIMASHITA. Ust landed from 18 hours from Dallas via san fran post a weeks bizzo in the US. IM PLEASED to say i finished on the 2nd day of the trip and didnt succumb to US food temptations. well actually i had a belly full of buffalo wings at the san fran airport layover on way back and it instantly fired me up to get the rope out when the jet lag kicks in later. Best thing from this? So one mo.
Tuesday, April 26, 2011. My life would be so much different now without it.
