Runner with a Running Problem

Running, Lasing, Lazing, Cycling, and Drinking in no particular order. Back to some hard miles before Kenneth Hahn in two weeks. Got back to late in the pm for another run. Went quicker than normal, felt fine. Drop mileage a rest up a little for Ventura twilight meet. Hold it together for one mor.

Caltech prepared me well, actually. I did my best to sabotage it, doing many stupid things along the way, but hopefully I was net helpful. Now that would have been a big surprise getting to the airport and realizing that. Rode up to Red Box plus a little bit.
