There once was a runner named Mark. Who created this blog on a lark. One tenth of a second of arc. Legs were a bit tired, calves sore afterwards. Outside of my right knee was a bit sore today. Did foam-roller and IT stretches afterwards. Easy on the baseball field.
Thursday, June 27, 2013. 5 miles today, then my achilles tendon started hurting pretty bad. Turned around at that point, but it feels pretty bad right now. Wednesday, June 26, 2013. Too lazy to map it out, but probably 8. similar to the trail run but a little longer, took about an hour. Tuesday, June 25, 2013. Same as yesterday but slower. Sunday, June 23, 2013. Caltech prepared me well, actually. I did my best to sabotage it, doing many stupid things along the way, but hopefully I was net helpful. Now that would have been a big surprise getting to the airport and realizing that. Rode up to Red Box plus a little bit.
