Friday, June 12, 2009. Rajma a well known grain by north indians, which is very healthy and nutrious grain for diabetics and high blood pressure. The taste is also good, so friends try to add this grain to ur meal atleast once a month. Soak rajma overnight, and pressure steam it. Nicely drain water and keep aside. To the drained water add jeera powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala and salt.
