Mon - 15 squats, 15 push-ups, 30 crunches x 5 rounds. Tues - 16 squats, 16, push-ups, 32 crunches x 5 rounds. Wed - 17, 17, 34 x 5. Fri - 18,18,36 x 5. Monday, May 20, 2013. Most bang for your buck.
