This is my documentation of my 16 week journey to a stronger, leaner and fitter body than ever. Tuesday, 19 February 2008. I did the Spartan workout yesterday and I have to admit, that my body felt like shit afterwards. Doing 10 exercises and 300 reps total without any breaks is ridiciously hard. I will be doing my HIIT today, which will be 22 minutes of hardcore cross training.

Sunday, March 23, 2008. On to week 12. Im still around guys and Im going on to seek 12! Tuesday, March 4, 2008. Done with 8 and on to 9. Im still going strong. The workouts are great. I think Im going to up my cardio though. Ive decided to cut out the wine and only have a cheat dessert once a week. I used to just use one WHOLE day to eat whatever I wanted.But, Im not sure thats helping LOL. Ill be posting pictures next week . Tuesday, February 19, 2008. Almost done with week 7.
