Wednesday, October 29, 2014. It is quite obvious that I have not been updating this site recently. As so often with everyone, life gets busy and some things never make it off of the to do list. I continue to coach a few athletes and hold regular Thursday Night Sessions though my Perseverance Running. Brand Workouts are typically an hour or so long and alternate between flat, hill, and stair workouts at a large variety of venues. Im always happy to take new clients. Monday, May 27, 2013. Tales from a mid-pack runner - the quest for speed. Tuesday, June 5, 2012. The training leading up to the Boston Marathon was tough. I found it hard to slog out long runs in the cold, wet, wintery conditions. I had much preferred training for a fall marathon, over the summer! We left for Boston on the Friday before the race, giving us a few days to adjust to the 3-hour time difference and see a few of the sights around the city. Boston was spectacular - I loved it! The Adventure Runs of Jeff Hunt. Thursday, December 27, 2012. Fall Racing and Training 2012. I seem to have next to no time to update my races or my training anymore, so it looks like I will just update things when I am able. 11th, I raced in the 20k Thetis Lake Relay. I was very satisfied with steady pacing, and I made this a priority so that I could perform to my potential.
