I just have to measure them out first because it is easy to eat too many. YUMMY! If using canned Chickpeas, buy 2 14-15oz cans of chickpeas. Drain and rinse your chickpeas. On a paper towel or towel, evenly spread your beans and let dry. I dried mine for about an hour, longer is fine. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Thursday, July 7, 2011. We went fishing and had a picnic at Strawberry Resevoir. The fishing was not good there so we moved to a new spot - Whitney Resevoir. It was absolutely beautiful! Monday, November 14, 2011. Jasper Mackey! This guy loves to snuggle! The newest addition to the Mackey family! He is a mini schnauzer and he fits in with us. We knew that after we lost our sweet Robbie, it would be hard to move on with another dog. Be a super convenient time. So, one day, I jumped on line and found an ad for an 8 week old mini schnauzer puppy in need of a good home.

I love being completely surrounded by mountains. A little hike with my family was no different so I was reluctant to go. However, it was a beautiful day and it was nice to get out as we watched the sun set all around us before heading home. When I went and I look forward to going again. My sister seems to get a kick out of me pointing out my flaws like this.
