I just have to measure them out first because it is easy to eat too many. YUMMY! If using canned Chickpeas, buy 2 14-15oz cans of chickpeas. Drain and rinse your chickpeas. On a paper towel or towel, evenly spread your beans and let dry. I dried mine for about an hour, longer is fine. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Monday, November 14, 2011. Jasper Mackey! This guy loves to snuggle! The newest addition to the Mackey family! He is a mini schnauzer and he fits in with us. We knew that after we lost our sweet Robbie, it would be hard to move on with another dog. Be a super convenient time. So, one day, I jumped on line and found an ad for an 8 week old mini schnauzer puppy in need of a good home.

Wednesday, September 10, 2014. Playing with toys with my little brother. The animal farm to ride a horse. Just get a break and play all by myself. A good, nice mom. Sleeping Beauty, Tangled and Frozen.

I love being completely surrounded by mountains. A little hike with my family was no different so I was reluctant to go. However, it was a beautiful day and it was nice to get out as we watched the sun set all around us before heading home. When I went and I look forward to going again. My sister seems to get a kick out of me pointing out my flaws like this.

Sunday, December 28, 2014. What a trip I had with my friend Preston and his cousin Chase. The Day after Christmas we hit the slopes of Beech Mountain in Banner Elk, NC for a great day of Snowboarding. I had never snowboarded before, I am typically a skier, however Preston wanted to snowboard so we ditched the skies. Snowboarding is a blast, but learning is painful! Both are a blast! I hope you enjoy the pictures. First Ride to the Top of the Mountain, No time for the bunny slopes. I have heard a few time.
