Thursday, April 28, 2016. Roasted Chickpeas aka Garbanzo Beans. These have quickly become one of my favorite healthy snacks. easy to make and filled with good protein and fiber. I just have to measure them out first because it is easy to eat too many. YUMMY! If using canned Chickpeas, buy 2 14-15oz cans of chickpeas. Drain and rinse your chickpeas. On a paper towel or towel, evenly spread your beans and let dry. I dried mine for about an hour, longer is fine. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Monday, November 14, 2011. Jasper Mackey! This guy loves to snuggle! The newest addition to the Mackey family! He is a mini schnauzer and he fits in with us. We knew that after we lost our sweet Robbie, it would be hard to move on with another dog. Be a super convenient time. So, one day, I jumped on line and found an ad for an 8 week old mini schnauzer puppy in need of a good home.

Dan, Beth, Christian, and Evan. Wednesday, April 23, 2014. Spring Break and Battle creek Canyon with cousins. We went to Wyoming to visit Dave and Heather and their family. Jon and Melissa and their kids came too. Unfortunately the car broke down, but me and Dan were able to rescue them and still manage to have a great conference weekend with Heather and Dave. Of course the only pics I have are with the boys in their Burger King crowns, ha, ha, ha boys are the best! We love you Christian, Happy Birthday! .

Sunday, December 28, 2014. What a trip I had with my friend Preston and his cousin Chase. The Day after Christmas we hit the slopes of Beech Mountain in Banner Elk, NC for a great day of Snowboarding. I had never snowboarded before, I am typically a skier, however Preston wanted to snowboard so we ditched the skies. Snowboarding is a blast, but learning is painful! Both are a blast! I hope you enjoy the pictures. First Ride to the Top of the Mountain, No time for the bunny slopes. I have heard a few time.
