Stained Glass windows inside the Notre Dame Cathedral. View from the top of the Notre Dame Cathedral. The Glass Pyramid forms the entrance to the Louvre Museum.
Paris - 26th February, 2005. Wednesday, April 12, 2006. We met this old lady with her dog in the narrow cobbled streets leading up to Montmarte Hill. Montmarte is a charming place - teeming with artists and art lovers.
Paris - 27th February, 2005. Thursday, April 13, 2006. Statue of Napoleon Bonaparte outside the Palace. The Main Hall inside the Versaille Palace. A fresco in the ceiling of the Mars Drawing Room.
Paris - Eiffel Tower - many angles, many views. Thursday, April 13, 2006. The Eiffel Tower at night. Looking straight up to the top of the Eiffel Tower. Looking up to the first level of the Eiffel Tower from its base. The Eiffel Tower is lit up by glittering lights in the evenings - every hour, on the hour for 5 minutes.

I went to Denmark in June 2004 but it was a while till I made my first trip to another European country from Denmark. Paris was the first place I visited 25th to 27th February, 2005 and it remains my favourite. The history, culture and the aura of the place made a lasting impression. I made this trip with Anirban Chatterjee Chattis who joined in from Brussels where he was working in a project. My Trip to Paris.CONTENT
