Wednesday, April 22, 2009. Well, i havent written in so long. I think they are able to tell at 14-20 weeks. so just a few more weeks to go! Tuesday, November 8, 2011. Okay, for all you locals out there, you have probably been to the Coppermill and had their Potato Au Gratin Soup. I have a recipe for potato soup, so I tweaked it a little, and tried to come up with my own au gratin soup, and it was yummy! Here is what I did. 1 145 oz can chicken broth. 4 baked potatos, cooled, peeled and cut up in cubes. Add as much as you want.
Most evenings I am curled on the lounge with the heat on cupping a hot chocolate. I have now also added a bowlful of pear crumble to my evening to keep me extra warm. To me nothing is quite as warming on a cold evening as a perfect pear crumble. 4 beurre bosc pears, peeled, cored and cut into thick wedges.
