I have a recipe for potato soup, so I tweaked it a little, and tried to come up with my own au gratin soup, and it was yummy! Here is what I did. 1 145 oz can chicken broth. 4 baked potatos, cooled, peeled and cut up in cubes. Add as much as you want.

To me nothing is quite as warming on a cold evening as a perfect pear crumble. 4 beurre bosc pears, peeled, cored and cut into thick wedges.
