Thursday, July 24, 2008. I have a few updates and minor changes to go over. Steve Pavlina started tweaking the rigid napping schedule after about two weeks as well. He found that the naps were more efficient and restorative if he took them when his body felt tired as opposed to at set times each day. Coming Home and Getting Serious. Furthermore and on a more relevant note, I strongly believe that my return home will bode very well for my Polyphasic Sleeping.
