After a year off due to an injury, full speed ahead. Monday, March 15, 2010. Went up to 165, my old squat snatch PR. I proceeded to miss 185 3 times in a row before getting it on the fourth attempt. This means that my power and squat snatch weights are the same, so it is a technique issue. I seem to be having a problem getting the elbows high and snapping the bar up. Thursday, March 11, 2010.
