High intensity, constantly varied, functional movement training. START WITH A FREE SESSION! The first day of CrossFit was very intimidating for me. However after the first day I knew this was going to be something I wanted to stick with. The coaches have been extremely supportive in pushing us to our limits in workouts and explaining how to do every move. I can honestly say, for the first time, I plan to continue my fitness and diet program with CrossFit for a long time! Start with a Friend! .

Tuesday, June 21, 2011. So far no Rain! Old School outdoor drills. Run - 2 x 200m - rest 2 minutes. Run - 1 x 800m - rest 3 minutes. Run - 2 x 400m - finish. Thursday, June 16, 2011. Kyle working through the 3 x 1 Mile workout. 3 Hours Before or After CFE Strength and Conditioning WOD. Run Bike Swim or C2. 20 Minutes - Track distance covered.
