Clare Hill Technology 4 Major Folio.
Sunday, 10 November 2013. Week 15 - Finalisation of Tasks. I have spent this week going through what we have learnt in technology this semester and ensuring all tasks are complete and submitted. By going over tasks, it has proved great revision, especially when now is the time we are editing all our images for Workshop Studio and Location. Monday, 4 November 2013. Week 14 - test time! So apparently we have a quiz tomorrow. woo! Week 10 - Digital Workflow.
Tuesday, 11 February 2014. First lesson of the last year! Usual rigmarole of enrolment and wading through subject outlines. We were asked to answer the following questions, and then discussed our responses as a class. What was the best, most useful or most interesting thing you learnt at CIT last year? What did you do photographically over the summer break? National softball championships and Queensland road trip.
Thursday, 27 November 2014. For our final semester of Technology we are required to create a folio of work involving digital manipulation. When first given this task I baulked. I was afraid of Photoshop and had avoided it as much as possible up until this point. I am not the strongest in digital manipulation, and therefore have had to put many hours into learning methods from YouTube tutorials and practicing effects. My folio consists of 3 models from a medieval theme.
Monday, 21 October 2013. Wk 12 - National Library and National Archives of Australia. My presentation was due to be completed today - but a change of plans meant we were off on an adventure! On a beautiful 30 degree Canberra day we ventured out to see the exhibits at the National Library and then a short walk across to the National Archives of Australia.
