Monday, 18 November 2013. At the end of the semester I have completed all required work, and as expected, ideas changed along the way. My initial corporate portrait was to be of staff at a health food store and an individual of a naturopath. I did the group shot using the Monoblocs. The below is how I set things up. The room used for shooting is very small and the walls are all white, bar one, so there was a lot of reflection.

Monday, 18 November 2013. Wine was my beverage of choice as I have a friend who has recently begun importing quality Argentinian wines into Canberra. He was gracious enough to bring his product into studio in return for some images to use for advertising. Unfortunately the apron was new and had been stored folded, the creases were visually distracting. For another shoot I would make sure the apron was ironed beforehand. This is one of my fav.

Monday, 26 May 2014. Major Folio Project - 6. Address the requirements for the capture of the studio images e. objects, props, costs, timeline, etc. Studio images require a lot of forward planning, for the lighting arrangements, equipment setup and sourcing of props. This type of photography requires extreme attention to detail as you are constructing the entire image. I have realised that you must also have a back up plan when creative ideas do not go as planned.
