Fry the Basmati rice in 1tsp ghee and keep aside. Heat the oil and ghee in a pressure cooker and fry the cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom till you get the spicy fragrance. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry a little.
Wash and cut the chicken into slightly big pieces. Mix the turmeric powder and salt in the curd. Marinate the chicken in the curd mixture for one hour. Add the chicken along with the marinade and mix well. Serve hot with naan or chappathis.
