Monday, May 6, 2013. Wed and Friday workouts. Mixed bag here and posting late. however workouts completed. Wednesday Workout was a mess. A Strict Press 3 sets 11x1 3 to 5 reps. Used 135 for 5,155 for 3 155 for 3. B1 Weighted pull ups. Used 75 DB 1.1.1 x 3 sets. B2Standing DB press 30x1 3 sets. Used 40,50,50. Did NOT complete these as RX 6 completed 12 fails and only once connecting. Bad Day. Completed 12,12,12 not pretty but did get through them. SAD day. 4 handstand puch ups. Thursday, May 2, 2013.
