Sunday, November 15, 2009. We love Indian foods, all of it, but particularly curries. We have in our neighborhood, fortunately or unfortunately, 2 great Indian restaurants, both of which deliver for free. Today I took it out, along with the little container of red hot onion condiment and decided to see what I could come up with. It was very simple, but delicious! 1 tsp canola oil.

My packed lunch adventures and experiments. Be very afraid! Sunday, August 28, 2011. Clean the Fridge Salad. Thursdays were, until this week, a little challenging. I worked from 11am to 3 pm. Now 1030 is too early for lunch, and by 3 Im ravenous! This week my schedule changes and I get out by 130 so its not an issue anymore, but all summer I had to make it work.
