Wednesday, January 14, 2009. I only dropped one pound this week for a total of 19 lbs lost to date. Tuesday, January 13, 2009. Thursday, January 8, 2009. I do know that total lost so far is 18 lbs! I hope to keep it up! Wednesday, December 3, 2008. Wednesday, November 26, 2008.
