Well, Ive been so busy with work lately that I havent weighed myself weekly. I do know that total lost so far is 18 lbs! I hope to keep it up! Wednesday, December 3, 2008. Wednesday, November 26, 2008. And it makes me want to work even harder on Thanksgiving Day to watch my portions and eat the good foods over the bad ones.
