Monday, 19 March 2018. It is a while since I posted. The weather has not been good and I am currently restricted as to how far I can walk. I did however last week manage a couple of trips to Martin Mere Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust. I could manage to get to the Discovery Centre where at Feeding Time there was plenty of action from the thousands of birds present. Tuesday, 6 February 2018. Wednesday, 17 January 2018. Saturday, 30 December 2017.
Another cake or two -. Monday, 1 August 2016. Thursday, 23 April 2015. Tried another cake, not as good as the minion cake but good practice. Sunday, 19 April 2015. A solitary bee seen preening itself in the sun whilst resting on top of a fence at Martin Mere. Thursday, 12 March 2015. Spring has sprung at last! Sadly that means that the whooper swans at Martin Mere will soon be returning to Iceland.
