FITNESS IN MY FORTIES! Aug 13, 2015. at age 45! I FINALLY MADE IT TO FLORIDA! My husband retired last year. 22 years in the USMC. He was offered a job in Tampa and we are finally enjoying the sunshine! Before we left, I competed at the NPC Pittsburg IN BIKINI! It was a grueling prep, with less protein, more glute work, overall great experience.
