Triad Windsurfing, Surf and SUP. The Triad is composed of Greensboro, Winston Salem and High Point in NC. SUP surfing, windsurfing and surfing are the triad of water sports- the trifecta. Here I post little adventures we have from the triad to the coast. Through these 3 sports Ive been able to routinely interact with the best kind of people. Tuesday, June 30, 2015. The Beauty Of It All - Linville Gorge. Our family recently hiked part of the east rim of Linville Gorge in NC. We made our way up to the top of Table Rock and found these incredible views of the Gorge - The Grand Canyon Of The East.
