Saturday, January 2, 2010. We headed to Pigeon Forge, TN after Christmas for a week vacation. A section of Hwy 40, one of the main roads to get there, was closed due to a rock slide. We took a nice scenic detour through Cherokee and Maggie Valley. They were snow tubing along side the road, but we really wanted to get to the cabin before dark, so we didnt stop. Would have liked to have know that BEFORE we spent 250 to get in! They had some really cool go-cart tracks there. That was a blast! No baking pa.CONTENT
