The great thing about yoga is it teaches you how to breathe. When you breathe deeply you burn fat and speed up your metabolism. Most of us take shallow breathes which does not let your body process the oxygen efficiently. Breathing deeply allows your body to remove harmful toxins, increase energy, and help you lose weight. This is quickly becoming my favor.
