Long story short I love food and almost always prefer to cook something nutritious. I will be blogging about my experiences in restaurants health tips and sharing my recipes etc. I used to have a major sugary drink addiction, Dr Pepper being my ultimate weakness but when I feel I need to loose weight I try to replace it with either sparkling water or green tea!
