Friday, September 16, 2011. I have kind of been too busy to post. I now have 2 jobs and have a bunch of other blogs to update. I am trying to keep my meals under 400 calories each. breakfast today was over but my dinner tonight is just over 200. I am also taking my vitamins. Anyway, I found this recipe in a Cooking Light. I tweaked it a little to suit my taste but the calories stay the same. 25 lbs ripe plum tomatoes. 1 large sweet onion, sliced. 3 stalks celery, diced. 4 cloves garlic, smashed. 3 tablespoons basil, roughly chopped. 8 tablespoons fat free Greek yogurt. 2 tbsp basil, chiffonade cut.
