I am trying to keep my meals under 400 calories each.breakfast today was over but my dinner tonight is just over 200.So I will make up for it! I am also increasing my water intake and adding a sugarfree powder to it so that I dont get bored. I am also taking my vitamins. Sunday, July 31, 2011.
