Saturday, September 10, 2011. Our time in Monterey the 3rd day was short. We drove around a bit checking out the scenery, ate some breakfast, and headed home. We decided to take the LONG way home down Highway 1 to check out the scenery.
For the second part of our California 2015 adventure, we met my family in Oceanside and had a fun Barrus Family Reunion! Our condo was 2 blocks from the beach, so this is us walking that path. We ended the night with a dance party on the patio. On Wednesday we went on the train to Old San Diego. Ellie loved the whole ride! Especially taking fun pictures with Aunt Becca. This picture is amazing on so many levels. Sitting on the wooden horse by the donkey. A 2 minute walk from Old San Diego.
