Monday, May 24, 2010. Just a quick note to tell my husband how much I love him. Eight years ago today I made the best choice of my life and married him. I love his kindness and sweetness toward me. I love that he makes me laugh everyday. He is my support and the best possible dad I could have ever imagined for the other three and a half loves of my life. Saturday, August 15, 2015. This was my doll when I was her age. We went through baby clothes and this dress lands in the wrong season for the tiny little October Miss. So it now belongs to the doll world.
Sunday, March 23, 2014. This little boy just turned three. It seems he has become a toddler overnight. I love this age because he is so excited about everything - balloons, cake, presents. It was all a huge deal for him and he was so excited all day long. I love how the other boys are always hovering nearby. Andrew loves trucks, trailers, and especially motorcycles. His own set of Star Wars Legos! Our little football player. We came back inside for the building of the Lego set.

July 12, 2015. For the second part of our California 2015 adventure, we met my family in Oceanside and had a fun Barrus Family Reunion! Our condo was 2 blocks from the beach, so this is us walking that path. We ended the night with a dance party on the patio. On Wednesday we went on the train to Old San Diego. Ellie loved the whole ride! Especially taking fun pictures with Aunt Becca. This picture is amazing on so many levels. Sitting on the wooden horse by the donkey. On top is my grandson and on my left is a nice view I captured on my way to work. My attempt at closeup albeit without a Micro Lense. I will get one later depending on the budget.
